The Wellington office is completely useless, first made my husband go to New Zealand while living in Australia and now they have no idea how long will that take. Everyone says different days.
They have moved offices and for more than 2 weeks don’t have phones to contact them. Only emails that never replay.
Tell me how is that possible, he’s missing work and money because you can’t be organized. Very disappointed.
Was so excited to visit South Africa now everything is just a joke.
How can you fix this……. I’m waiting on an explanation

Kathy, Many thanks for your comments. We feel your pain. We are a media platform and not affiliated with the South African embassy.

Pardon us, but what’s your country of nationality?

We’ll suggest you get the South African Embassy complaint phone number or email address (they take it very seriously) and call the
embassy officials directly – explaining to them the difficulty you and your husband has faced
trying to get a visa to South Africa.

When that is done, they can expedite the processing of the visa.

We wish you and your husband good luck and hope to hear from you again on the outcome based on our suggestion.
