U.S. Supreme Court Upholds Trump Travel Ban on Muslim Majority Countries

WVNTR – The U.S. Supreme Court has ruled in favour of President Donald Trump administration’s travel ban targeting people from several Muslim majority countries.


The latest presidential proclamation maintains limits on granting visas to travelers from five of the seven countries covered by the original executive order on travel:  Iran, Libya, Somalia, Syria and Yemen.

It lifts restrictions on visitors from Sudan, and it adds new limits on North Korean and Venezuelan nationals.
